I have been licensed as a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2004 and as a Florida real estate agent since 2021, giving me a comprehensive understanding of property ownership, governance, and market dynamics.

In addition to my real estate and property management credentials, I am also a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner. This experience provides me with in-depth knowledge of Pinellas County, Florida’s East Coast, and local waterways, including boating access, waterfront considerations, coastal infrastructure, and the lifestyle that comes with living on the water. For clients buying or selling waterfront or coastal property, this insight adds meaningful value.

I have also owned and operated a vacation rental business, giving me first-hand, practical knowledge of the short-term rental industry in our local market.
